What’s the role?

Reporting to the Editorial Director you will: 

  • Create and manage job schedules that will ensure work will be completed within deadline to a high quality.
  • Review daily workload with all teams and adjust project allocation as needed.
  • Be the point person for all teams regarding deadline status and capacity.
  • Coordinate both internal and external resources for workflow.
  • Adhere to and contribute to operational processes.
  • Contribute to and work within defined production tech platforms.
  • Drive communication and efficiencies across a multi-location team

Who are you?

  • A proven understanding of content production.
  • Experienced with and passionate about automated workflow tracking platforms.
  • Highly successful at collaboration and cross-departmental process.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment. 
  • Results-driven with the ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task and think laterally to solve problems. 
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs.
  • Flexibility and patience to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively against multiple concurrent high priority tasks.
  • Capable and experienced in stakeholder management.
